About the Role

高级经理，多元渠道部

一、银行渠道的开拓维护

负责本地区机构银行渠道的开拓和关系维护。

组织实施渠道拓展活动完成渠道合作项目的推动，指导和督促业务经理（包括省级公司的各级机构）实施渠道拓展活动达成渠道目标。

组织实施对银行销售人员的培训，提升销售技能，提高网点活动率和网点产能。

二、内部销售队伍建设 

内部销售团队的建立培养和管理，强化专业能力；

加强内部团队培训辅导督促激励，提升产能和收入。

三、综合管理

内部营运流程的管理。

合规及业务品质管理。
