The SAP Administrator provides day‑to‑day administrative and operational support within the company’s SAP application landscape. This role supports SAP system operations, user processes, reporting, license tracking, and coordination with SAP functional, security, and technical teams. The position is well suited for a detail‑oriented, process‑focused individual who is eager to learn and comfortable working across multiple SAP modules, environments, and stakeholders to support effective, compliant operations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide administrative support across SAP systems and environments (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, GTS, DRC, reporting tools).

  • Assist with tracking, and maintenance of users and system access.

  • Coordinate SAP access removals in partnership with SAP Security teams.

  • Support internal SAP license administration activities, including data collection and analysis.

  • Assist with SAP license measurements, reporting, and internal reviews.

  • Help identify trends or anomalies in SAP usage data and support follow‑up actions.

  • Maintain documentation related to SAP licensing and system usage.

  • Prepare and maintain trackers, and reporting related to SAP licensing, access, and compliance.

  • Provide clear summaries and status updates to application managers and stakeholders.

  • Serve as a liaison between SAP functional teams, security, and procurement.

  • Assist with planning and coordination activities related to audits, renewals, or system changes.

       MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • 1–4 years of experience supporting SAP systems, enterprise applications, or IT operations.

  • Working knowledge of SAP environments and basic SAP concepts (users, roles, systems, environments).

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and reports.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.

  • Process‑oriented and highly organized

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work across technical and business teams

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

  • Proactive, dependable, and solutions‑focused
