Should you join us, you’ll have the chance to work with, and learn from, some of the brilliant minds who are bringing Frontier AI to the frontlines of the world.

About the role

As a Senior Delivery Manager for Frontier, you play a crucial role in assembling & deploying Frontier-based solutions to address customer challenges. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer delight by addressing their needs, ideally leveraging templates and repeatable solutions to deploy the Frontier platform.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in complex technical projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Project & portfolio management: Oversee delivery across a portfolio of onboarding projects, managing resources and budgets and acting as the senior point of contact for the client and Faculty teams day to day. Pre-empt and manage risks and support the team to deliver work to the highest level of quality. Ensure resources are deployed optimally across projects.

  • Building customer relationships: Working with senior stakeholders, building trust through delivery excellence and an increasing mastery of how Frontier can be put to work to solve our customers' hardest problems.

  • Building repeatability: Identify patterns of work across projects and work with teams to turn these into templates and standardised processes to accelerate future delivery.

  • Optimise onboarding: Continually identify areas for improvement and standardisation in onboarding to improve customer delight and reduce internal costs incurred.

  • Product team collaboration: Being a primary point of liaison with the product team, providing them with feature ideas and improvements, process optimisations, and the like to improve customer delight. A primary point of escalation where support from the product team is required in more challenging deployments.

  • KPI/ROI management: Review & refine costs & benefits of customer requirements, proactively raising risks & solutions for scope and/or cost creep and taking responsibility for delivering projects within budget.

Who we’re looking for

  • Customer relationships & communication: You are able to build and maintain strong and trusted working relationships with customers, demonstrating credibility & versatility with stakeholders. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for communicating technical details and business impact to our customers. You are comfortable working with technical and commercial stakeholders alike.

  • Leadership: You have experience in leading project teams to successful outcomes-not just by directing. Also demonstrate managing/aligning across multiple internal teams and exercising influence without authority.

  • Process development: You are comfortable working within and across unstructured processes to build standardisation and structure. You have a knack for helping teams build repeatability into their work.

  • Portfolio & project management: You are comfortable managing a portfolio of projects with varying degrees of standardisation, whilst ensuring team members are optimally deployed to deliver customer delight.

  • Technical aptitude: You have experience of working with technical teams and delivering technically complex projects with some (but not exhaustive) technical understanding. You have experience with customer onboarding for technically complex platforms & products.

  • Self-starter: You have an ability to quickly understand what needs to be done in situations with high ambiguity, and proactively identify and implement solutions to address that.

What we can offer you:

The Faculty team is diverse and distinctive, and we all come from different personal, professional and organisational backgrounds. We all have one thing in common: we are driven by a deep intellectual curiosity that powers us forward each day.
