About the team:
FIS' Retirement Professional and Managed Services provide services for retirement administration environment to help enhance quality and accelerate the delivery of implementations, enhancements, and upgrades of the Omni and Relius retirement recordkeeping platforms. Our teams of Professionals address business and operational complexities in clients’ environments and offer solutions to meet client’s needs.
We work with clients to improve services and add value to plans, participants, advisors and TPAs. We also develop software applications that meet specific business needs. Our experts offer deep domain knowledge and expertise in advanced technologies for servicing retirement plans and provide insights into business processes.
We can help leverage best-practice techniques through all phases of the operation with a structured approach for multi-tool applications to enterprise-wide systems.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 business analysts across the Retirement Professional and Managed services area. This includes setting goals, monitoring performance, motivating team members and providing direction and eliminating blockers for your team.
You will provide subject matter expertise and leadership within the Omni Retirement recordkeeping platforms.
