Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary North America Channel Manager to architect, launch, and lead a program focused on unlocking value from our excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.

This isn't just a sales role – it's a mission-critical position with visibility directly to our executive leadership. You will be the commercial driving force, building a sustainable program that not only liquidates current reserves but shapes the future.

You will report to the Director of North American Channel Partnerships and work in a hybrid capacity from one of our Rockwell Automation office locations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take the reins as the commercial leader for our E&O program, collaborating with cross-functional teams (GRM, BU, Finance, ISC, LCS, Marketing and more) from across the organization to achieve monetization goals.
  • Design and execute innovative strategies to sell excess and obsolete inventory, transforming dormant assets into substantial revenue streams. Your initial focus will be to reduce current exposure and execute against existing reserves.
  • Leverage your expertise in navigating and networking within the North American authorized distributor channel, extended partner networks, university partnerships and other industry relationships. Seamlessly integrate with ROK organizational capabilities to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Participate in data-driven performance readouts for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and CEO, showcasing program successes and strategic direction.
  • Develop and implement a robust, scalable, and sustainable long-term E&O monetization program that will endure and evolve with our business.
  • Beyond the initial focus areas, you'll be instrumental in identifying and addressing broader, upstream opportunities to prevent future excess and obsolescence, safeguarding our financial health from the source and building evergreen strategies carrying the organization into the future
  • Act as a central hub of energy, creativity, and resilience, motivating internal and external stakeholders towards a common, highly impactful goal.

If you're ready to define a new chapter in our inventory management, drive massive financial impact, and lead a strategically vital program from inception to long-term success, we invite you to apply!

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 40% of the time.
  • Valid Drivers License

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field
  • 8+ years of related professional experience and 3 years working within the Rockwell channel environment
  • Extremely familiar and adept at navigating and networking within the North American authorized distributor channel and extended partner networks.
  • A Proven track record in strategic sales, business development, or asset recovery, with a clear ability to drive revenue.
