THE JOB

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join us, working across both our Marketing and Business Development teams.

You will be digitally perceptive with a passion for content marketing and engaging with audiences via digital channels, whilst having an analytical mindset to interpret data and support the team and our clients to deliver efficiencies and results.

You’ll look after B2B marketing channels and deliver campaigns for brand and marketing initiatives to support business growth across our client and product portfolio. You will ensure that the Client Development Team and wider business are armed with compelling presentations, sales material and assets to support new business development and client success.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for ensuring our online sales channels feature relevant, up to date information and function as expected. You will drive fan engagement through a variety of channels, work on marketing campaigns as required and liaise on a regular basis with clients in the promotion of their events.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Delivering effective marketing communications & campaigns to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and ticket sales.
  • Use and develop the existing CRM systems, reporting and insight tools to track and report on sales performance and KPIs

  • Populating Ticketmaster.ie with timely, relevant and quality content.
  • Create engaging campaigns across CRM, social and content channels.
  • Liaising with clients, venues and internal departments on the promotion of events.
  • Deliver specific B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives across B2B channels to maximise the wealth of products and services to existing and potential clients, resulting in winning new business in a variety of genres, increasing product adoption and increasing our brand perception in the market.

  • Keep existing clients aware of product news through all B2B channels including website news pages, client intranet sites, social channels and newsletters.

  • Update the Ticketmaster B2B website using content creation to help increase reach, communicate key messages and generate leads.

  • Plan and deliver the content strategy for the B2B LinkedIn to increase reach and engagement with existing clients, prospect and industry plus influence leads and brand reputation.

  • Update TM1 Community content – our B2B content hub for clients
  • Monitoring and analysis of online and marketing platforms.
  • Troubleshooting issues and liaising with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Additional marketing duties as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)

  • 3rd level degree in marketing or related discipline is advantageous.
  • Solid experience in a marketing position (agency or client)

  • Experience with B2B marketing channels and content management systems including websites, LinkedIn and other social channels

  • Brand, content marketing and campaign experience

  • Essential – strong creative, copywriting, proofing skills and attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages to a competent standard including Power Point
  • Ability to learn use of proprietary systems quickly.
  • Understanding of the entertainment industry is beneficial.

  • Analytical skills to measure, evaluate and report against goals.
  • Understanding of data protection principals.
  • Previous experience with Design software, Wordpress and/or CRM systems is beneficial
