A day in the life.

As our Senior Vice President, National Accounts, you’ll lead our exceptional broker team in National Accounts. You will be responsible for the overall growth, brokering operations, retention and acquisition of quality clients. Your team will be assigned to the largest and most complex client as key strategic partners for our producers on technical placement, analytics, and account retention. This role plays a key role in carrier relationship management and is a champion for our exceptional client experience.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experienced people leader with demonstrated track record of establishing exceptional culture, team strategy executing on initiatives for commercial programs
  • Minimum of 10 years generalist property & casualty experience including strong knowledge individual property and casualty coverage and risk management issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and sales-related skills in dealing with Producers, Account Executives, carriers and customers. 
  • CIC or equivalent required, CPCU preferred.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • College degree is preferred

The applicable base salary range for this role is $119,400 to $222,300.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
