The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is focused on supporting our Marketing Solutions customers. Working closely with our Vertical Sales Teams, the CSM will support clients with their onboarding, on time and to spec delivery of their engagements and acting as the client’s advocate to ensure their technical queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate has worked for 6+ years within customer success or delivery operations in the digital marketing or AdTech industries. You are comfortable working cross group to deliver and execute on our customer’s solutions, working within digital platforms to deliver on our customer’s needs. 

You are detail-oriented, able to juggle several projects simultaneously. You are customer centric and over communicate to manage expectations. You work hard and take pride in helping the company and your team win. You are always looking to build repeatable processes and eliminate data errors, yet you are creative and adaptable in your approach.

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer success or delivery operations.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Formulas and similar advanced functions.   
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Comfortable with the support of digital data and/or digital advertising with experience building client relationships.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Experience working in startups is a plus.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Once the client contract is signed work with market-facing teams and be responsible for client onboarding and integration activities.
  • Document and gather product requirements to support of client onboarding and integration of TransUnion solutions with partners and clients.
  • Manage timely and in-scope execution of deliverables.
  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures to achieve efficiency and collaboration with partners and clients.
  • Be the voice of the customer with internal teams: gather and prioritize customer product feedback and share with the relevant internal teams to ensure it’s utilized.
  • Be the subject matter expert for both clients and internal partners on TransUnion Marketing Solutions products.
  • Support sales teams in ensuring your clients are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Log activity and events when needed through TransUnion’s internal tools (such as Salesforce) accurately and on a regular basis.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $80,845.00 - $132,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
