Aurecon’s Program Performance team is experiencing significant growth across Australia, and we’re looking for Project Controllers to join our expanding national team being based in Adelaide. This is a development role offering exposure to the full range of project controls disciplines, with opportunities to build technical expertise and professional capability. The role is essential to maintaining the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of project performance data and reporting. Deploying curiosity and eagerness to understand the ‘why’ behind the numbers and being able to frame the story behind them.  

Here are the key things you will do:

• Cost management support
• Maintaining and analysing the Control Account forecasting and Estimates at Completion
• Maintaining and updating schedule progress and statusing information and deliverables
• Maintaining and analyse Earned Value
• Preparation of Month-End Performance Reporting

What are we looking for from you?

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a numerate discipline, or relevant work experience 
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to learn project controls software 
• Clear written and verbal communication 
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities 
• Willingness to learn and receptiveness to feedback
