Job Description

First Aid Beauty is seeking an experienced Head of Digital to lead our eCommerce and Performance Marketing’s strategy and execution. Reporting to the CEO, this individual will oversee a team inclusive of DTC, Media, and Performance content. This role will inform and implement multi-year growth plans, own the P&L, paid media strategy and champion continuous improvements in the highly competitive digital channels. This role requires excellent cross-functional relationship management and the ability to understand and prioritize multiple business challenges/opportunities at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, with a focus on insights that can be shared across multiple brands within the Specialty Beauty division. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve overall performance across digital channels.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in eCommerce and digital marketing. Identify and implement innovative solutions to keep the company at the forefront of the digital marketplace.
  • Understand the media landscape and think forward for future media models that can enable a competitive advantage for First Aid Beauty.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of eCommerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage P&L and build a well-thought-out budget. Adapt and optimize in support of profit targets and manage forecasting process for DTC.
  • Reposition DTC as a brand platform that will elevate customer’s experience.
  • Liaise with corporate partners and leaders to learn and share best practices, with an eye towards scalability and cross-brand learning.

    Job Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in eCommerce management
    • Beauty and Consumer Packaged Goods experience required.
    • Proven track record of driving significant sales growth through digital channels, particularly in DTC models.
    • Strong proficiency in eCommerce analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.
    • Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical skills, interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams across multiple brands.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with various stakeholders within the Specialty Beauty division.
    • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience across large corporations and small businesses preferred.
    • Located in NYC with ability to travel ~30% annually.
