Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes that align with organizational goals and functional requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, creating detailed process blueprints, and establishing key performance indicators. You will also engage in quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are met, while educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designs you create. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and effective communication to drive successful outcomes across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques. - Experience with performance metrics and key performance indicators. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform process improvements. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
