  • Develop and manage a comprehensive training roadmap aligned with organizational goals and transformation priorities.

  • Design and roll out bespoke training programs in areas such as:

    • OKRs – Goal setting, tracking, and alignment practices.

    • Product Onboarding – Helping new hires understand our product portfolio and how we build.

    • Mentorship Programs – Structuring and scaling programs to support career development, cross-team learning, and inclusion.

    • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors as needed to develop content and deliver programs.

  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team within the People org to align on existing initiatives and avoid duplication. Training created can be offered beyond Technology to the wider DJ org if desired.

  • Act as a point of contact for training-related needs across teams and senior leadership.

  • Own timelines, scope, and success metrics for all training initiatives.

  • Track and report on training effectiveness and participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working led by Strategy Operations and other teams through training and enablement initiatives.

  • Develop and execute clear communication plans for training programs.

  • Role requires 3 days each week in office (as per current mandate, may change)

You Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on training and enablement.

  • Experience supporting large-scale Technology organizations or transformation programs.

  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

  • Familiarity with OKRs, Agile ways of working, and modern product development practices.

  • Experience launching mentoring or coaching programs is a plus.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
