About the role:
This role will sit in our Ambulatory Care Unit and will be part time - 24/32 hours a week and may include extra cover if needed.
Respond to patient queries across multiple channels (email, SMS, in person, and phone).
Provide accurate, clear, and timely information.
Collaborate with our clinical team to resolve issues.
Advocate for patient needs
Deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience through clear communication and realistic expectation-setting.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in customer support or similar roles.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
A patient, positive, and empathetic approach.
(Preferred) Experience in healthcare, with an understanding of the sensitivities involved.
