The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business goals to enhance organizational performance. This role involves collaborating with management and employees to foster a positive work environment, drive talent management initiatives, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.

Talent Management:

  • Identifying and retaining top talent though effective retention program and employee development programs.
  • Ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization, providing necessary support and resources.
  • Support performance management processes and succession planning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions to enhance workplace harmony.
  • Plan and execute employee connect session, Rewards program, ensuring work life balance.  

HR Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and best practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends.
  • Prepare reports for management on HR-related issues and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in human resources.

• 2+ years of experience in a business partner role.

• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Skills:

• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with talent management software and tools.

• Project management skills and experience.
