The position is open to remote work for candidates who reside in Ohio and Florida!
A caregiver in this position works Days, from 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Assist in various compensation-related requests, including reclassification/promotional adjustments and new hire salary offers beyond established guidelines and equity submissions.
Run reports from various HR (Human Resources) systems to audit data to provide general information to support general compensation process or initiatives.
Review external market survey results and match internal job equivalents.
Participate in third party external market surveys.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
OR five years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement.
One year of Human Resources or functionally relevant compensation experience.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system and, in some locations, off-site.
