Compensation Analyst

The position is open to remote work for candidates who reside in Ohio and Florida!  


A caregiver in this position works Days, from 8:00am—5:00pm. 


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Assist in various compensation-related requests, including reclassification/promotional adjustments and new hire salary offers beyond established guidelines and equity submissions.  

  • Run reports from various HR (Human Resources) systems to audit data to provide general information to support general compensation process or initiatives. 

  • Review external market survey results and match internal job equivalents. 

  • Participate in third party external market surveys. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. 

  • OR five years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement. 

  • One year of Human Resources or functionally relevant compensation experience. 


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Has compensation experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Has experience using Workday
  • Has experience with Market Pay or Success Factors
  • Has experience with Kronos
  • Has experience and desire to work with data sets (MS Excel or Tableau)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system and, in some locations, off-site.
