We are seeking a talented SAP MDG Developer to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our IT and SAP practice, you will design, implement, and enhance SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions that support our organization's data management strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the integrity and quality of enterprise master data.

What you will be responsible for:

• Develop, configure, and customize SAP MDG solutions to meet business requirements.

• Design and implement data models, workflows, and validations within the SAP MDG framework.

• Implement push/pull API to validate data with external databases

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze master data requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Integrate SAP MDG with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

• Perform system testing, debugging, and documentation of technical specifications.

• Monitor and optimize performance of SAP MDG processes.

• Provide technical support and training to ensure smooth system operation.

• Stay updated on SAP MDG technologies, best practices, and trends.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP MDG development and configuration.

• Proficiency in ABAP programming, BRF+, and Fiori for MDG customizations.

• Expertise in data modeling, UI modeling, and process modeling in SAP MDG.

• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and integration methodologies.

Nice to Have: 

• SAP Expertise: Experience with SAP MDG on S/4HANA, including knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (modules, Fiori apps, and roles management), and familiarity with data migration tools like SAP Data Services or LSMW.

• Certifications and Methodologies: Certification in SAP MDG or SAP S/4HANA and understanding of agile project management methodologies.

• Master Data Management: Knowledge of master data management principles, including governance, quality, and best practices.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
