We’re looking for an experienced and driven B2B Account Manager to join our growing Cross-Border Recruitment Service Business (visit https://talenthub.glints.com/ for more!) to drive revenue through the acquisition of new job vacancies in the Singapore SMB segment and new markets. This will be achieved by acquiring new accounts, increasing wallet share of existing accounts, and collaborating with service teams in Singapore, Batam, etc. to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

You will be hunting leads and farming existing clients, measured by the number of newly acquired jobs from both books, and ultimately revenue from Startups and SME clients. The role will demand face-to-face interaction and expect you to build valuable relationships with clients at various levels.

You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and Retention in Batam.
