Job Description

Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

• As part of the Finance Team be responsible for supporting the financial management and reporting systems for the Dunboyne Operations Profit & Loss statement, operational reporting, and providing financial analytics and insight for decision support across the self directed work team and hubs
• At all times this role is focused on delivery to the patient through living the Dunboyne culture including a commitment to safety, focusing on right first time in everything we do and a concentrating on the engagement and development of self and peers
• Support the preparation and consolidation of budgets, long range plans and forecasts to support the timelines communicated by Corporate Finance
• Partner with Operations and Shared Services Center Team to close all Accounts Payable queries and clean up all old Purchase Orders
• Identify improvement opportunities, perform technical troubleshooting and successfully implement solutions

This internship will be completed in a hybrid model of virtual and on-site at Dunboyne. The expectation is the Intern will work from the Dunboyne site at least two days a week

What We’re Looking For:

• Working towards a Business Studies or an Accounting and Finance Bachelors Level 8 Hons Degree or relevant discipline
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver results.
• Organisation Skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate issues for resolution.
