Job Description Summary
The role will be a key highly visible contributing member of the Commercial Finance organization supporting all Foodservice Operator Sales initiatives. The Sr. Sales Analyst produces reports, interprets data, and provides recommendations on areas of opportunities for a diversified, complex, and fast paced sales function to key decision makers. This position supports all levels of Sales in analysis, reporting and finance business planning.
Job Description
Update and run key performance reports for the sales organization, such as KPI performance, annual business plan, focus initiatives, distribution gaps.
Compiles and analyzes reports in compliance with daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Reports may include P&L analysis, margin reviews, pricing, fill rates, order performance.
Perform adhoc analysis using data from various systems and explain results to all levels.
Build specialized tools to help sales team execute related future sales.
Provide sales training for sales organization on key reporting tools.
Own the relationship of reporting data related to Operators thru Distributors.
Support internal best practices and provides guidance as needed to other internal customers.
Manages the reassignments of Master Data integrity.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, or related area
5+ years of professional experience in sales/financial analysis and data management
Knowledge of P&L management and generally accepted accounting principles
Ability to self-motivate and excel under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment; ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment
Ability to successfully and independently complete complex analyses, manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, flex outside of role specific duties, and translate data into key insights
Ability to think logically and analytically, problem-solve, build consensus, and lead initiatives in an organized and efficient manner
Ability to analyze and assimilate relevant data into key financial recommendations.
Experience effectively working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software tools preferred
Knowledge of applications such as Domo, Business Objects (or other BI), SQL and Salesforce preferred
Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $81,620.00 - $122,430.00
