The Data Services Sales Performance team designs, develops and delivers programs to improve our sales behaviors and reinforce our culture of high performance. Central to all that we do in Data Services is the 3C mindset – representing confidence, curiosity and courage. For all our sales professionals - whether a new starter, experienced senior seller, sales manager or a leader – the 3C mindset is crucial in guiding our value driven customer conversations.

About the Job:

The Regional Sales Performance Manager role focuses on driving the right sales behaviors for the Data Services team in the Americas region. This role will be cross-brand and involve program customization, running development initiatives for salespeople and sales managers in the region, then assessing impact and behavior change following execution.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Developing close relationships with the local sales managers and leaders. This “front of house” position involves internal relationship management plus exceptional communication for delivery of training programs.
  • Ensuring Sales Performance- led initiatives are aligned with commercial product priorities and marketing campaigns.
  • Running quarterly 3C onboarding program for new starters in the Americas.
  • Working closely with local sales manager to coordinate, assist and ensure quality execution of 3C Sales Certification program.
  • Delivering our range of 3C Selling plus additional ad-hoc salesperson development programs.  Also delivering 3C coaching plus wider Sales Leadership development programs.
  • Working closely with the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams, ensuring adoption of sales enablement tools in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Have Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.
  • Possess proven track record of success in sales and ideally sales leadership roles as well.
  • Have strong understanding of various selling methodologies, and a track record of successfully implementing them into global sales organizations.
  • Be an exceptional presenter and communicator. Possess ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, passionately and concisely at all levels to drive understanding and behavior change.
  • Possess a passion for learning and people development; inspiring others to progress through promoting a growth mindset. Be a team player who will work closely with the broader Sales Performance team and across the wider Data Services commercial teams (in a matrixed structure).
  • Have ability to think broadly across the enterprise, beyond your area of immediate responsibility, with the courage to challenge the status quo. Highly motivated self-starter who will take the initiative to prioritize and deliver the right development programs.
  • Ideally able to go into either the NYC or Chicago office a couple times a week. Must be comfortable with some travel.
