Associate Marketing Manager

We are a growing team with strong team spirit and the ambition of becoming the leading brand in the glucose monitoring space. The Marketing team is a dynamic and innovative group that values creativity and differentiation from the competition. As a key member of this team, your contributions will directly impact the success of the organization. You will take ownership of strategic initiatives, drive marketing campaigns, and help shape the future of the brand.

Where you come in:

• Lead the ideation, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Drive content strategy and oversee content creation for digital and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to enhance the website with HCP- and patient-focused content, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Manage and execute PR, media, and advertising plans to build awareness and strengthen the Dexcom brand across key markets.
• Develop and implement omnichannel strategies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
• Lead review processes to secure timely approvals for external content and marketing materials, maintaining brand integrity and compliance.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous optimization.

What makes you successful:
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a proactive approach, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing. The successful candidate will have:

• A university degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing consumer brands, preferably in diabetes care, medical technology, or healthcare.
• Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, content development, and customer engagement strategies.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with external agencies and key stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems.
• A results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A passion for innovation, executional excellence, and delivering impactful marketing programs.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

The ideal candidate will be based in Madrid and should be available to meet the team in the office at least twice a week.
