Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $74,000.00 - $111,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist II with AI prompting experience to support product marketing, go-to-market execution, and campaign activation for Deal Central. This role blends product storytelling, data-driven marketing, and hands-on use of generative and agentic AI to improve speed, relevance, and impact across marketing programs.

This is a highly collaborative, execution-oriented role for someone comfortable shaping messaging while actively using AI tools to research, build, test, optimize, and scale marketing outputs.

Product Marketing & GTM

  • Support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for Deal Central features and enhancements.

  • Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions supported by proof points and metrics.

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, research, and sales teams to support GTM execution.

AI-Driven Campaign Development

  • Partner with Marketing Operations to develop and activate targeted campaigns and client-facing content across presentations, websites, social, programmatic media, and case studies.

  • Use generative and agentic AI to accelerate content creation, personalization, and iteration while maintaining brand standards.

  • Develop and refine prompts to generate messaging variations, campaign concepts, and sales narratives by audience and stage.

Creative, Measurement & Optimization

  • Collaborate with creative teams and agency partners to deliver assets aligned to brand voice and visual guidelines.

  • Track and report campaign performance and use AI-assisted analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

  • Continuously test and refine messaging, creative, and channel strategies using data and insights.

Sales Enablement & Adoption

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials to support understanding of Deal Central features, positioning, and differentiation.

  • Use AI to create modular, reusable sales content (talk tracks, FAQs, objections).

  • Partner with sales and enablement teams to ensure materials are accurate, trusted, and adopted.

Marketing Technology & AI Enablement

  • Serve as a super-user for marketing platforms, supporting training, governance, and compliance.

  • Evaluate and operationalize AI-powered marketing tools to improve workflow efficiency and speed to market.

  • Establish best practices for AI usage, including prompting standards and quality checks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years experience; or 6 years experience in a related field

  • Experience supporting product launches or integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (CMS, marketing automation, analytics, CRM, or sales enablement tools) such as Salesforce, Adobe InDesign, HubSpot, Marketo.

  • Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.

Required Skills in AI & Modern Marketing:

  • Practical experience using generative (required) and agentic (preferred) AI for content creation, campaign ideation, or performance analysis.

  • Experience developing and refining prompts to produce high-quality marketing outputs.

  • Familiarity with responsible AI use within brand and compliance guidelines.

  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows.
