Como Assistente de Operações, você pode causar um impacto significativo em nossa ambiciosa agenda de crescimento, de forma a fortalecer a cultura de crescimento e desenvolvimento na Svitzer Brasil, apoiando nossa empresa nas rotinas operacionais e administrativas. Será responsável:

 Ser responsável pelas atividades administrativas operacionais do porto
- Suporte para as equipes de trabalho, garantindo a alocação correta de recursos e o cumprimento de prazos
- Tratativa com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, incluindo o suporte na liberação dos acessos
- Assistência à Tripulação e rebocador
- Controle das horas trabalhadas e escalas da Tripulação
- Trâmites aduaneiros e documentação
- Compra dos materiais e controle
- Comunicação com stakeholders
- Garantir o cumprimento das normas regulatórias e legislações vigentes
