Assists by providing strong support to Account Representative with supervision by the Retail Supervisor and Account Representatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Order Loss Runs
Order and review Motor Vehicle records
Order Flood Zones
Handle state insurance verifications
Create ID Cards
Assemble presentations
Keep centralized email boxes up to date (retail, loss runs, policies, endorsements, etc).
Bulk email projects
Set up renewal files
