You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, infrastructure teams, and external partners to optimize Zuken E3.series and DS‑E3 environments, strengthen integrations across SAP, Windchill, and Teamcenter, and ensure seamless performance for design applications used around the world.

How you’ll make an impact

• Translate business requirements into workflows, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Administer and optimize Zuken E3.series and DS‑E3 configurations, libraries, and databases.
• Maintain application servers and SQL databases to ensure stability and integrity.
• Monitor system performance and manage access, uptime, and data reliability.
• Support infrastructure teams across server environments.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for users, integrations, and design data.
• Lead system testing, regression checks, and validation of patches or updates.
• Deliver training, user guidance, and create Power BI dashboards.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in system administration and business analysis within engineering design, PLM, or ERP environments.
• 3+ years working with Agile frameworks and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in Zuken DS‑E3 and E3.series, with solid SQL management skills.
• Experience with SAP or PLM systems such as Windchill and Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Servers, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and ability to collaborate across global teams.
