必要なスキル・経験

  • 総合広告代理店での5年以上の実務経験、または同等のクライアントサービス領域での実務経験
  • マス広告、オフライン、デジタルなど多様なタッチポイントを織り交ぜた広告ソリューションに携わった経験
  • クライアントやパートナー企業を含め複数の関係者を巻き込み、プロジェクトを成功に導いた経験
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力
  • 4年制大学卒業以上
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(尚可)
  • 複数人数からなるチームマネジメント経験(尚可)

主な職務

  • 戦略的リーダーシップ

    • クライアントやストラテジストと共に、ビジネス目標に沿った精度の高いクリエイティブブリーフを共創し、End to Endで推進する。
    • ストラテジストならびにコネクションプランナーと連携し、キャンペーン全体における消費者ジャーニー、各ファネル・チャネルの役割、コネクションポイントを定義し、コミュニケーションプランの策定を主導する。

    • クリエイティブチームと連携し、インパクトのある革新的なアイデアの創出を推進する。
    • 優れたクリエイティブアイデアを擁護し、各タッチポイントで最高の水準で実行されるよう導く。

Job Overview

As the Integration Lead, you will play a crucial client-facing role within the team dedicated to the Coca-Cola account. You will lead the planning, development, and production of integrated marketing campaigns across various touchpoints—including TVC, events, digital, social and shopper — by collaborating closely with internal and external specialist teams such as creative, strategy, media, social, digital, and shopper. As a member of VML & Ogilvy Japan, part of the WPP network, you are expected to become a trusted partner to the client and contribute to their business success.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-service advertising agency or equivalent client service experience.
  • Experience in integrated solutions across multiple touchpoints such as mass advertising, offline, and digital.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients and partner companies, and lead projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Business level English proficiency (preferred).
  • Experience managing a team of multiple people (preferred).

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Partner with strategists to drive the creation of insightful brand and communication strategies.
    • Co-create quality creative briefs that answer business goals alongside clients and strategists and execute the briefs through end-to-end consumer journey.
    • In collaboration with strategists and connection planners, define the consumer journey, the role of each funnel and channel, and key connection points to lead the development of the overall communication plan.
  • Creativity
    • Partner with creative teams to drive the creation of impactful and innovative ideas.
    • Champion excellent creative ideas and guide their execution to the highest standard at every touchpoint.
    • Help create an environment where bold ideas can flourish.
  • Client Management and External Parties
    • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with day-to-day clients and senior stakeholders.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, brand, and internal processes to exceed their expectations.
    • Liaise with media partners and other external collaborators to orchestrate a single, comprehensive experience and ensure seamless campaign implementation.
  • Team Management
    • Support and motivate team members in their day-to-day tasks, to deliver the highest standard of service.
    • Contribute to identifying team members' training and development needs.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Leadership
    • Lead the team through challenging situations with a positive, solution-first mindset.
    • Become a key driver of transformation by deeply understanding and promoting the vision of the client and Open X / Studio X Leadership.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders and external partners to achieve the best project outcomes.
