Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the development and refinement of AI-enabled workflow prototypes that assist with internal information access and task automation.
Assist with content organization and documentation to support AI-enabled knowledge retrieval and usability.
Contribute to AI governance and responsible use efforts, including documentation, standards, and review materials.
Support testing, validation, and iteration of AI-enabled tools to improve usability and reliability.
Assist with high-level usage analysis and documentation to help inform improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure AI-enabled solutions align with security, compliance, and usability expectations.
Help create training, guidance, and handoff materials to support adoption and responsible use of AI tools.
Document learnings, recommendations, and outcomes to support scalable and repeatable AI enablement practices.
Education:
Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Foundational experience with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or chatbot technologies, with exposure to generative AI or agent-based systems required.
Familiarity with workflow automation and low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform or similar tools).
Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) used for automation or data workflows.
Ability to analyze data and system outputs to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Interest in applying AI and automation to business process improvement, workforce enablement, or organizational efficiency.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
Typical work in an office environment.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up and carry 15 pounds at times.

$17.58 - $27.33Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
