Internship Program

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain real-world experience and prepare yourself for your career after college. The program offers:

Essential Functions:

• Develop Power BI dashboards that aggregate and visualize complex data.  These dashboards provide CareSource leadership and individual contributors with the insight they need to make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to design, development, and implement automated ETL processes to aggregate data consumed by dashboards.

• Assist in data integration and transformation efforts, ensuring the smooth flow of data from multiple sources into Power BI

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on dashboard performance, enhancements, and data trends.

• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing Power BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Current college / university undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program is required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Range:

$34,500.00 - $55,100.00

CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
