Position Summary

Support daily account operations and execution for assigned Modern Trade customers. Ensure accurate tracking of sales data, promotion activities, and stock availability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operation Support
• Support the Key Account and Assistant Manager in executing sales plans and promotions.
• Prepare and validate PO, pricing, and stock allocation documents. Data & Performance Tracking
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock reports for assigned accounts.
• Track campaign results and provide weekly performance updates. Cross-Team Coordination
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing, SCM, and Retail Operation to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Support issue resolution related to pricing, stock, or promotions. Customer & Store Communication
• Liaise with customers for day-to-day requests and share updates with the internal team.
• Collect feedback from the field and report market movement or competitor activities. Administrative Tasks
• Manage sales reports, promotion claim documents, and other related paperwork accurately and on time.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales operations or account coordination (Modern Trade preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
