Job Description:
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
- Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
- Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
- Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
- Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
- Experience in dealing with third-party-provided services
- Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
- Exceptional customer-facing skills
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery

Technical Skills required:
- Core knowledge of Wintel / vmware / Unix (All operating system flavors)
- Core knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure)
- 8 to 10 Years of experience with Strong Working knowledge on Wintel Administration & VMware virtualization.
- Hands on VMware ESX/vSphere 6.x and 7.x Experience in deploying Servers including Synergy servers.
- Hands on troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Wintel & ESXi Builds, Troubleshooting, Patching, Support upgrades, Uplifts and Migration.
- Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Certified and Hands on P2V, VMotion, Storage VMotion, FT etc with Understanding of VMware HA/FT/DRS ,Clustering concepts.
- Expertise on Windows heterogeneous platform environments, including MS Clustering, Backup operations, Terminal Services, Patching and Activation.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of various operating systems like Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019
- Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes and certification will be added advantage.
- Good communication skills with ability to represent in global meeting/forums/customer is mandatory.
Qualification:
- Computing or similar subject related degree
- Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness
- Excellent knowledge of the IT environment and its future trends
- Ability to communicate complex technical contents to stake holders
- Strong consulting skills, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Exposure to Customers Globally
- Strong knowledge on ITIL Processes.
- Certifications in relevant technologies
