General Qualifications:


Our Oracle Engineers help clients identify and execute against their cloud needs using Oracle cloud technology. This high performing team helps clients use Oracle offerings and/or industry specific solutions to solve our client’s business problems in the areas of finance, operations, human capital, customer, and governance, risk, and compliance. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute planning activities for Oracle projects: definition of scope, effort, and timeline in your area of expertise. 
  • Undertake assessments and define the solution blueprint for various scenarios: implementation, upgrade, integration and outsourcing of Oracle HCM Applications. 
  • Design and deliver Oracle solutions and ensure these solutions are adopted by the client organization. 
  • Capture and document functional requirements via interviews or workshops. 
  • Supervise configuration tasks after gathering the requirements. 
  • Capture and document functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and extensions. 
  • Liaise with the development team (on-shore or off-shore) to communicate requirements and follow-up progress. 
  • Manage and deliver conference room pilot. 
  • Organize, execute, and supervise end-to-end integration tests and user acceptance tests; and 
  • Provide production support and full solution handover to the client or delivery/application maintenance centers.  

Technical Qualifications:

  • At least 5 - 7 years in Oracle cloud HCM implementation experiences. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in HCM Cloud applications (Core Human Resources, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence Management, Workforce Modelling and Predictions, Workforce Directory, HR Help Desk, Work Life Solutions, Advanced HCM Controls). 
  • Experience in the whole lifecycle of a cloud implementation project. 
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL-SQL is an asset. 

 
Other Qualifications:

  • Strong English written/verbal communications. 
  • Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.  
  • Willing to travel to customer sites on a regular basis. 
  • Ability in working as part of Global/ Matrixed/ Remote teams.  
  • Self-driven, ability to work under minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent Analytical skills.
