Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for providing services to patients, families, and significant others including completion of biopsychosocial assessments, psychiatric diagnoses, formulation of treatment plans and treatment interventions, therapy sessions (individual, couples, family or group), implementation of treatment plans and discharge planning. The Clinician can practice independently and without supervision, as permitted by the State of Ohio licensure.

Social Work, Nursing, Counseling or related field; Licensure to practice independently in the State of Ohio, e. g. , LISW, LPCC. Clinical psychopathology, psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. Demonstrates knowledge of bio-psychosocial development for the age of patients served.
