General Area of Responsibility

The Accounts Receivable Analyst (Based in Santo Domingo) will be responsible to follow up the clients’ payments and application in the system and send aging reports to the customers. Also, for Intercompany transactions.

Specific Area of Responsibility

Your main tasks will be:

• Follow up customer collections.

• Customers payment and credit notes application.

• Send the statements to the customers.

• Intercompany transactions application and reconciliation.

• Prepare monthly controls report assigned – RICC.

• Support to the external audit.

• Post and process recurring journal entries.

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Training and competencies

• More than 2 years of experience in similar positions.

• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

• Proficient in MS Office application.

• High energy with strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure and deadlines.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented personality.

• Ability to work in a global business environment and in a matrix organization.

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish & English.

• Safety environment awareness.
