About the Team
The Business Technology Go-To-Market team works in close partnership with our business partners to help fuel growth and revenue goals for Workday, along with driving outstanding Customer, Partner and Employee experiences. The team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative architecture-led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions across our technology stack including Adobe Experience Manager (Cloud), Salesforce, SnapLogic, Conga/Apttus, AWS, Coveo Search Platform, OKTA and others.About the Role
The Senior Manager, GTM Close development team will be based out of Workday’s Pune location and will be responsible for Development team delivery. This hands-on technical leadership role demands excellent knowledge to lead a team of software developers, technical project manager/scrum master, and other growing team roles. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team that is focused on delivering world-class applications built on Salesforce platform and its eco-system. The position requires direct hands-on experience leading full lifecycle application development, strong technical acumen, performance optimization, critical incident resolution, and environment & release management functions. It is also critical candidate has adept staff and vendor management skills (MSP Management background a plus), a deep commitment to end-user satisfaction, disciplined follow-up, outstanding communication skills with all levels of management, and strong understanding of ITIL.
The role also involves building relationships with key Delivery Leads and all IT staff to ensure that IT-delivered services and end-user productivity goals are understood and exceeded.
