Responsibilities

Brand Management

• Develop brand strategies to optimize the business, including brand plan and its LRF, and lifecycle management.
• Lead brand growth initiatives, including executing brand strategies, managing compliance review, leading development of  the campaign and selecting best fitting moduels for the market , developing POA and execution and supporting to train field force on product positionin and prioritization, supporting on tracking progress towards target
• Input to the country OP plan
• Interface with global team to gain support
• Prepare report for BU level internal communication
