What You’ll Do:
Be the face of the Lincoln experience – welcoming clients, coordinating service, and managing every touchpoint with care
Set up test drives, schedule service, coordinate Pickup & Delivery (yes, we bring the car to them)
Craft Surprise & Delight moments – from handwritten notes to curated gifts, events, and more
Manage the Lincoln loaner fleet to ensure a seamless experience
Follow up after every visit and maintain strong relationships – no client is ever just a number
Represent the brand online – help with reviews and social media presence
Work collaboratively with the Lincoln team to elevate every moment
No Experience? No Problem. What We Care About:
You’re a skilled host, storyteller, and conversation starter
You're a natural extrovert with strong emotional intelligence – people feel seen and valued around you
You’re highly organized – you juggle calendars, details, and VIP vibes with ease

Experience in hospitality, events, retail, or service is a major plus
