Role Definition

Provides day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.

Responsibilities
•    Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.
•    Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs. Gathers and consolidates feedback from customers and field staff.
•    Coordinates with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.
•    Answers customer and field support questions; provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.

Must Requirement:

1. 3 to 5 Years of working experience on the Web Based application development

2. Should possess the following skills:
- Business Analysis
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking

- Effective Communications

- Software Change Request Management

- Software Engineering

- Software Problem Management

- Software Product Business Knowledge

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

3. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance or Equivalent

Good To Have Requirement:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance or Equivalent
