Position Overview
As a key member of the Global License Compliance (GLC) Sales North America team, you will protect Autodesk’s Intellectual Property and drive revenue through innovative License Compliance programs. Your role focuses on identifying and resolving non-compliance, retaining and growing customer Annual Order Value (AOV), and acquiring new customers through dynamic volume and digital sales strategies via both your own sales and digital sales motions and through third parties.

Responsibilities

  • Directly engage with a large volume of license compliance leads, including daily interactions with customers and their C-Level decision-makers, to uncover compliance issues and drive your own sales and digital sales motions

  • Oversee complex, diverse, high volume-based, and digital businesses, interfacing with third parties and stakeholders at all levels, prioritizing lead programs to maximize business effectiveness

  • Drive, develop, execute, and monitor business plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue expectations

  • Strategically monitor long-term goals and ensure campaigns are executed within budget, meeting quarterly and annual License Compliance revenue targets

  • Ensure investments are made logically with the best ROI, managing multiple outsourcing vendors for efficiency and revenue goals

  • Continuously promote, implement, and improve sales processes and automation for the maximum efficiency and effectiveness

  • Identify, capture, and expand sales opportunities with customers using non-genuine Autodesk software. Execute sales motions based on outcome-focused conversations with C-Level and Senior Executives, advising on strategic investments to address business needs and resolve compliance issues

  • Profile license compliance prospects using Autodesk analytics tools, telemetry, and databases from various sources

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of license compliance opportunities and activities in SFDC

  • Accurately forecast business results within a 10% margin

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing high volumes effectively, and handling multiple priorities and ambiguities simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated critical thinking, solution-driven mindset, growth mindset, self-management, resilience, discipline, adaptability, lifelong learning, accountability, and highest ethics and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Software Inside Sales experience with a background in License Compliance, broader IT systems and infrastructure, and cybersecurity trends.

  • Fluency in additional languages, especially French and Spanish.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $115,200 and $166,760. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
