The Position

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Establish and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.

• Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on
market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
调研,分析,监管财务,技术及人为因素以利用市场机会和减少市场竞争活动
• Conduct marketing survey on current and new product concepts, and provide feedback for future
product development
对现有和新产品进行市场调研,为未来产品的发展提供反馈
• Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market
and competitive conditions
监管及评估市场调研,调整市场策略实现市场竞争力
• Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that
achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
确保完整有效地控制市场结果,保证市场目标符合预计预算
• Monitor competitive products and marketing activities
监管产品和市场活动
• Evaluate and recommend distribution channel development programs
为项目的发展评估和建议分销渠道
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influences and key community and strategic
partner
与行业重要人士和团体建立及维护战略伙伴关系
• Develop and manage Key Opinion Leader for products for effective promotion of product lines
发展维护学术带头人以有效推广产品
• Regular key customers visit to understand their requirements and initiate project to maintain
customer relationship and use as a marketing promotion material
定期拜访重点客户以了解其需求,启动相关项目维护客户关系,并使其作为市场推广素材
• Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
指导市场活动报告的准备工作,向管理层汇报
• Achieve satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic
trends

• Develop and manages marketing operating budget
制定和管理市场运作预算
• Recommend optimal pricing

2. Build KOL network in terms of product advisory board and speakers
建立学术带头人队伍以咨询专家意见和培养讲者
3. Build and develop marketing team by recruiting and coaching
通过招聘和辅导建立并持续发展专业的市场团队
4. Oversee development and maintenance of customer database.
监管和维护客户信息库
5. Assist in yearly budgeting and control department expense within budget
协助年度预算和控制部门预算

6. Develop career and development plan for subordinates
为下属制定职业发展计划
7. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
