We are looking for a New Partner Manager!

We’re seeking an energetic and result driven sales professional to join Posti’s Service Point Network team. Your role will be to grow our nationwide service network in line with our strategy by identifying new partnership opportunities and building strong, mutually beneficial commercial relationships.

As a New Partner Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on how accessible and convenient Posti’s services are for people across Finland. By expanding our service point network with the right partners, you’ll help ensure that customers can easily pick up, send, and return parcels and access essential services—wherever they are. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on business development, and a strong customer-first mindset. You’ll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders in a dynamic environment where local knowledge, data, and insight drive decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying new partners for the service point network by leveraging data, analysis, and your own and your colleagues’ regional and market expertise
• Proactively reaching out to potential new partners and conducting successful commercial negotiations with them
• Establishing smooth working relationships with new partners from the first contact all the way to the launch of a functional service
• Participating in the planning of new service points and supporting and ensuring implementation in collaboration with your colleagues
• Managing new partnerships and ensuring that Posti remains the most desirable partner in the market

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

• Relevant business studies and previous experience in B2B sales and commercial negotiations, preferably with retail operators
• The ability to build mutually beneficial solutions and a customer-centric mindset
• Knowledge of e-commerce and logistics
• Experience using Salesforce in sales and partnership development
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a mobile role
• Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English; Swedish is considered an advantage
