Dr. Domotor's Animal House, a well-established veterinary practice in Monrovia, CA, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to join our team. We are a compassionate, client-focused clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for animals and our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the veterinary practice to ensure a smooth workflow and high standards of care

• Manage and mentor a team of veterinary technicians, receptionists, and support staff

• Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and HR functions

• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, veterinary regulations, and health and safety protocols

• Handle client relations, including resolving concerns, and enhancing the overall client experience

• Financial management including budgeting, expense tracking, and overseeing inventory

• Implement and maintain efficient administrative and operational systems

• Collaborate with veterinarians to support medical team operations

• Drive practice growth through marketing initiatives, client engagement, and community outreach

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in business and financial management, including payroll, budgeting, and inventory control

• Customer service-oriented with a passion for animals and veterinary care

• Knowledge of veterinary software (preferred but not required)
