Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has direct supervisory responsibility for select management and staff in the district. This job has indirect supervisory responsibility for all of the staff throughout the district.
Responsibility Scope/Impact
This job directly impacts the successful operation and growth of a district by analyzing, developing and implementing programs to maximize profits, productivity, quality of service and employee morale. Responsible for minimizing expenses including maintenance and personnel costs. Exercises significant independent judgment and decision making in managing the daily operation of a district as assigned, in the areas of asset management, utilization and return on investment. Approval from a higher level is required regarding concerns and issues as dictated in established operation procedures and company policies.
