The opportunity 

We are looking for a Android Engineer to join our Tech Hub in Valencia, Spain. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences in an international environment, this is the opportunity for you.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will contribute to the development of our flagship application, create innovative features, and enhance our customer check-in experience.You will collaborate with talented engineers in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment to deliver new and impactful features.

What you will do

• Design and build advanced applications in Kotlin for the Android platform 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. 
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3+ years of Android development experience
• Solid knowledge of Android SDK, UI design principles, and handling different screen sizes
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, Maps API, and push notifications
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Familiar with common Android libraries and performance optimization
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
