How you will make an impact:
• Conduct talent market research to deliver insights on skills, availability, compensation, and hiring trends
• Create sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for North America‑based and GTM (go‑to‑market) roles across the organization.
• Partner with recruiters, HR business partners, and business leaders to translate workforce needs into actionable intelligence
• Present data‑driven recommendations that inform and strengthen talent acquisition strategies
• Build and optimize data collection frameworks that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Develop targeted research, talent maps, and custom sourcing strategies for current and future roles
• Lead persona‑based pipelines, competitor intelligence, and targeted outreach initiatives.
The must haves:
• 6–12 years of experience in sourcing, research, analysis, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition function (+)
• Proven experience in international sourcing or recruiting across multiple markets
• Demonstrated exposure to sourcing for GTM (go‑to‑market) roles in North America.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, human resources, analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical capability to collect, organize, and interpret complex information
• Experience conducting structured research with multiple tools and methodologies
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, and data visualization platforms
Nice to haves:
• Direct experience working in talent intelligence
• Prior experience engaging passive talent
• Familiarity with Boolean search or deep‑web research techniques
• Experience building dashboards or recurring insight reports
• Exposure to competitor intelligence or persona‑based research initiatives
• Experience collaborating with recruitment marketing teams on targeted campaigns
• Knowledge of market‑intelligence platforms or research tools.
Any Masters would be preferred.
