Here at Klick we are growing fast and we are looking for a Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a full time basis.
As Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio across 3 different regions globally (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). You will be working collaboratively with the talent acquisition team, key stakeholders, and external thought leaders to operationalize a world class TA experience for candidates.
You will work with the VP Director TA to proactively plan, source, assess, and qualify best-in-class talent to join Klick Inc. You will execute tactical sourcing plans, actively source and recruit high quality external candidates in support of business plans and goals. In this role, you'll establish key connections and relationships in support of their sourcing activities, maintain an online / social media presence, and actively prospect talent through a trusted relationship network.
