What will you do?
Be Part of Something Big: Work on projects that improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, drive sustainability, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of product development.
Digital Innovation: Dive into process modelling and digital data analytics to optimize manufacturing performance, process design, and support product development.
Process Optimization: Develop and enhance manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
Project Management: Lead impactful initiatives and improvement projects that drive efficiency and minimize waste.
Technical Development: Build technical knowledge of our products and develop an understanding of how production works, monitoring the process to ensure product quality and safety.
Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle complex challenges.
Digital Expertise: Gain proficiency in digital data analytics and sustainability practices, supporting delivery of digital projects, improvements
