What would you do? • Supervise daily task allocation, queue monitoring, and quality checks. • Ensure accurate processing of invoices, cash applications, or deductions as per SLA. • Review and validate reports, trackers, and reconciliations prepared by team members. • Support month-end closing and reporting activities. • Escalate critical issues timely and ensure closure through follow-ups. • Share best practices and automation opportunities to streamline and improvise process • Provide on-the-job training and knowledge sharing within the team Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization. Investigate, resolve and troubleshoot unidentified and unapplied cash item and match debit and credit transactions.
What are we looking for? 3- 5 years of experience in Cash application process •• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM platforms. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. • Analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes – Billing, Deductions, and Cash Application. • Experience working on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage cross-cultural teams in global environments. • Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting skills preferred. • Familiarity with automation tools is an advantage Cash application • Experience in carrying out Cash allocation ad Cash application activities for American and European countries - B2B/B2C collections • Check daily on incoming payments and apply cash manually • Request for query for remittance and issues • Prepare reports on Unidentified, Unapplied cash and other relevant report • Should know the importance of documentations in place and compliance towards it. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution. • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time and customer satisfaction. • Identify recurring issues and provide inputs for process improvement. • Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy, and compliance standards. • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions for knowledge sharing
