As a member of the Security Team, the PAM Technical Specialist will work in a collaborative environment where sharing skills and expertise is part of its DNA, cultivating a culture of security awareness, as well as participating in ongoing team education to ensure security policies for applications, environments and systems are always followed. Continuous learning is encouraged (and needed!) through our extensive training program, classroom/online courses from well-known providers and certifications. Applicants must have master’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or a related field and full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience and/or knowledge in other fields of Information Security (Network Security, Application Security or SIEM/Infrastructure Security) is welcome. Selected candidates will take part in PAM and other Security projects in global & leading companies operating different markets and grow professionally working with specialized PAM team and our Subject Matter Experts (SME) network. Responsibilities and recurring main tasks Provide expert-level technical knowledge of PAM technologies to clients. No matter in which application are experienced, but it is very interesting if are familiar with the main market PAM solutions as CyberArk and Delinea. Analyze, design and lead the implementation of deployments of PAM solutions, integrations, and processes in different client environments. Understand, prioritize, and track all the support tasks related to the design, definition, deployment and management of any PAM Project in the clients. Core Skills (“Must have”) These are the main skills that an AM technical specialists should demonstrate and exercise daily to fulfill its responsibilities and recurring tasks: Demonstrable experience analyzing, designing, and implementing PAM projects, including at least the following aspects of this security domain: On-premises deployments. Cloud deployments. Experience in PAM products such as CyberArk Functional and/or technical experience with one or more enterprise directories such as Active Directory. Functional and/or technical experience in major operating systems such as Windows, Red Hat, AS400… Valuable Skills (“Nice to have”) Knowledge of main operating systems: Unix and Windows families. Knowledge at least one of the following development environments/languages: Java, Python, C++, C#, Javascript. Valuable certifications CyberArk: Certified Delivery Engineer – Privileged PAM (Defender, Sentry, Guardian) Certified Delivery Engineer – Privileged Cloud (CPC) Certified Delivery Engineer – Secrets Manager.
