About the role:
As a Plant Operator/ Associate Operator your role involves operating assigned equipment or areas of the plant and performing operational activities as per the Operations Dashboard (OPD)-Tasks List and Written procedures. You are expected to use their knowledge and experience to ensure the plant operates safely, reliably, and optimally. They work with peer team members and Shift activity Co-Ordinator to resolve unplanned events and escalate issues when necessary.
Key responsibilities include following
Adhering to the highest Operating Discipline and Operating and field-checking process equipment.
Monitoring process conditions, performing scheduled tasks, and conducting effective shift relief.
Track key performance metrics.
Identify improvement opportunities and perform front line maintenance.
Aspiring candidates with a Diploma in Chemical or BSC in chemical are preferred,
Other trades of Diploma can also apply based on the interest of the individual to work on chemicals operations
2-3 years' experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply
