Summary: We are seeking a skilled Okta Developer to support the development and integration of Okta Workforce Identity Cloud solutions. This role focuses on building secure, scalable identity integrations and onboarding applications for both user and system authentication. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop the Okta Workforce Identity Cloud solution, including: - Onboarding applications for SSO using OpenID Connect and SAML - Enabling machine-to-machine communication using OAuth tokens - Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management features. - Integrate Okta with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud applications. - Build and maintain custom workflows, access policies, and automation scripts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient identity solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Okta configurations and integrations - The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, including SSO and OAuth integrations. - Minimally, the candidate should understand Access Management platforms and/or have basic development knowledge with the ability to learn Okta Workforce Identity Cloud. Professional & Technical Skills: - Fundamental understanding of Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, including: - Application onboarding for SSO (OIDC/SAML) - Auth token-based machine-to-machine integrations - Familiarity with identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) and API integrations. - Basic scripting or development experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript). - Understanding of Access Management (AM) platforms and identity lifecycle concepts. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Willingness to learn and grow within the IAM domain. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Okta Identity Management. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Position available in multiple locations across India.
